4+1 Methodology comprises of ‘4’ Core Development Areas (CDAs), including Academic Intelligence, Metacognitive Intelligence, Sensory & Motor Intelligence and Social & Personal Intelligence, then combining ‘1’ more extra assessment tools to further measure children’s development so as to further train them accordingly. Therefore, all People Impact® programs and trainers make use of this teaching method for further student-centered training purposes.
